What is a Clear Spirit?
Any liquor that is clear and clearless can be counted as a Clear Spirit. The best clear spirit, or the best defined clear spirit is, obviously, the Vodka.
But that is not all!
White Rum, Silver Rum and Gin are all Clear spirits! They can have flavored taste, but can still be counted as Clear spirits.
Ok! So, what is with these Clear spirits?
Number 1 – they are very good for cocktails, because they do not add any additional flavors to the drink. Whatever mixers you use will be the taste of the cocktail
Number 2 – they also blend easily with the overall cocktail flavor, this is because they are clear and colorless, they do not change the color of the cocktail
In a bid to bring out the best cocktails we have tasted with these clear spirits, we will include those that use Vodka, Rum, Tequila and Gin.
